Pastors Johnny & Jeannie Rhodes
Pastor Johnny understands loss and heartache and how the power of God’s love and grace through Jesus will save, rescue, heal and restore! Jesus rescued Johnny from a 30-year addiction that led to homelessness, prison and a complete loss of hope! After years of failed attempts through self-effort and religious tradition Johnny was finally and completely set free when he saw and received a true revelation of God’s unconditional love and grace in Christ!

Pastor Jeannie has a passion to see people set free by the Word of God and living the victorious life Jesus provided through His finished work on the Cross. Jeannie is a residency-trained ER physician who has seen Jesus succeed where medicine has failed—raising a young man from the dead!! The Word of God is TRUE and active and alive and sharper than a two-edged sword—it is the power of God given to us to minister LIFE to His children.
Eric & Shelly Bauer
From day one, alongside Pastors Johnny and Jeannie, have been Eric and Shelly Bauer. This power couple was instrumental in the founding of Grace and Truth Fellowship.
Eric is recently retired as a Sergeant Major in the Marine Corps and has strong focus on how our faith works according to the word of God. His life mission is to live and lead others to live by faith in Christ. Eric serves as the Associate Pastor and Director of Men’s Ministry. Eric’s favorite scripture comes from Luke 7, where Jesus marveled at the great faith of the Centurion.
Shelly is the Praise and Worship Leader. Her desire is to draw all of God’s kids into His presence to worship our One True King. “Praise is our weapon and faith is our song” is the vision the Lord gave Shelly for Worship! Shelly’s favorite scripture comes from 2 Chronicles 20 that describes when King Jehoshaphat had the temple singers lead his army into battle praising God and giving thanks.
Art and Angel Doscher
Art is our director of security and spearheads our community and widow outreach. Angel is our Administrative Assistant and leads our Corporate Prayer ministry.
There is nothing better than finding your “Right Place” that God has for you! That is exactly how Art and Angel describe Grace & Truth Fellowship. After 30 years of marriage, Art and Angel have learned a bit about investing in relationship. Loving God and loving people is what it’s all about!
Whether it is serving in the prayer ministry, doing home repair through G&T’s benevolence program, or maybe just a smile and a hug, when we welcome Jesus into our everyday lives-extraordinary things happen!
Michael and Kim Vincent
Michael and Kim Vincent have been married for almost 3 years and have a 2 year old son. Kim is a teacher with a passion to teach kids, and she also leads the women’s ministry “Salty Sisters”. Michael helps with the “Man Up” men’s ministry. They joined Grace & Truth Fellowship in the fall of 2023. They both lead the Greeting Team, making sure all who come for the first time or keep on coming back feel welcome with a smile and the love of Jesus as they come through the doors.
Kim’s Favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.”
Michael’s Favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:10 – “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them”
